What can you expect if you book me as your wedding photographers:

 

Step 1 - Initial Contact

When you contact me I will provide an initial estimate based on your requirements. My 2 packages for 2014 are £500 and £650, however if the standard packages are not exactly what you want then please contact me for a more personal quote. At this stage I will need to know the date and venue for the wedding and reception.

 

Step 2 - Booking Deposit

If you decide that you are happy with the quote then I would ask that you secure the wedding date with a £50 deposit. If the date is more than 12 months in advance I will wait until nearer the wedding date before taking the deposit. I will visit you at home about 2 - 3 months before the wedding date. During this consultation I will discuss with you what type of images you want, formal, informal or both. I will also arrange a 1-hour engagement photoshoot so that I can see what you are like in front of the camera. 

 

Step 3 - Pre-Wedding

2 - 4 weeks before the wedding I will contact you again to confimr the arrangements, list of images that you require, guest list. wedding music etc...

 

Step 4 - Post-Wedding

A week after the wedding a sample of edited images will be loaded onto a personal folder on my website. The password will be sent via email and can be shared with family and friends.

2 - 3 weeks after the wedding we will visit you with a slideshow DVD of the edited images. These images are non printable.

Assuming that you are happy with the sample images and the slideshow, I will take the full balance and arrange to send you the DVD with final images. You can use this to share the images on line or to print. Alternatively at this stage you may want to use this opportunity to order any extras such as photobooks and albums.
